Zeal

But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord (Joshua 24:15).

The zeal of Thine house has consumed me (Psalm 69:90)….for they had sworn with all their heart, and sought Him with their whole desire; and He was found of them: and the Lord gave them rest round about (II Chronicles 15:15).

As the hart pants after the water brooks, so pants my soul after Thee, O God (Psalm 42:1).

My soul thirsts for God, for the living God: when shall I come and appear before God? (Psalm 42:2).

You are the salt of the earth: but if the salt has lost its flavor, how shall it be salted? It is therefore good for nothing, but to be cast out and to be trodden under the foot of men (Matthew 5:13).

You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden (Matthew 5:14). Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it gives light to all that are in the house (Matthew 5:15). Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven (Matthew 5:16).

Arise, Shine, for your light is come and the glory of the Lord is risen upon you (Isaiah 60:1).

He commanded us to preach to the people, and to testify that it is He (Jesus) which was ordained of God to be Judge of the quick and dead (Acts 10:42).

Who gave Himself for us that He might redeem us from all iniquity and purify to Himself a people of His own possession, zealous of good works (Titus 2:14).

Whatsoever is commanded by the God of heaven, let it be diligently done for the house of the God of heaven… (Ezra 7:23).

Seek that you may excel to the edifying of the church (I Corinthians 14:12)….fervent in spirit; serving the Lord (Romans 12:11).

What ever you do work heartily, as unto the Lord and not unto men (Col. 3:23).

I must work the works of Him that sent Me, while it is day: the night comes when no man can work (John 9:4).

But this I say brethren, you be steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as you know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord ( I Cor. 15:58).

Let us not be weary in well doing, for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not (Galatians 6:9).

But it is good to be zealously affected always in a good thing (Gal. 4:18).

We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; (II Cor. 4:8) always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body (II Cor. 4:10).

For which cause we faint not, but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day (II Cor. 4:16).

For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, works for us a far exceeding and eternal weight of glory (II Cor. 4:17).

Now therefore fear the Lord, and serve Him in sincereity and in truth (John 24:14).

I delight to do Your will, O my God(Psalm 40:8).
