Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ – Ephesians 1:3

     If you need a lift, spend a few moments out of your busy day and read the first chapter of the Apostle Paul’s Epistle to the Ephesians. There you will be reminded that you are blessed (verse 3), chosen, (verse 4), adopted into God’s family (verse 5) accepted (verse 6), redeemed and forgiven through the blood of the Messiah Jesus (verse 7), and someday you will be gathered with all your brothers and sisters in Christ out of this evil world into our promised secure haven of our Father God’s loving embrace (verse 10).
      We are reminded that no matter what losses befall us in this life, we have an incorruptible inheritance waiting for us in Heaven. Then read Paul’s prayer for you (verses 17-19) and receive the wisdom to know that every word the Lord has written through him is true.
