The Eyewitnesses

Paul, an apostle, (not of men, neither by man but by Jesus Christ and God the Father, who raised Him from the dead:), Grace be to you and peace from God the Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for our sins, that He might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father: to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen (Galatians 1:1,3-5).

I marvel that you are so soon turning away from Him that called you into the Grace of Christ unto another Gospel; which is not another; but there are some who trouble you, and want to pervert the gospel of Christ (Galatians 1:6,7). But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed (Galatians 1:8).

I do not write these things to shame you, but as my beloved children I WARN YOU. For though you might have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet you do not have many fathers: for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel. Therefore I beg you, be followers of me (I Corinthians 4:14-16). For we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known to you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were EYEWITNESSES of His majesty (II Peter 1:16). For the life was manifested and we have seen and bear witness, and declare to you that Eternal Life, that was with the Father and was manifested to us (I John 1:2).

Brethren, join in following my example, and observe those who walk according to the pattern you have in us (Philippians 3:17). We are from God; he who knows God listens to us: he who is not from God does not listen to us. By this we know the Spirit of Truth and the spirit of error (I John 4:6). For we are not as many, which corrupt the word of God: but as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God speak we in Christ (II Corinthians 2:17). For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the Cross of Christ: whose end is destruction (Philippians 3:18,19). But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privately shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them (II Peter 2:1). Having a form of godliness but denying the power thereof: from such turn away (II Timothy 3:5). For the preaching of the Cross is to them that perish, foolishness, but unto us which are saved, it is the power of God (I Corinthians1: 18). Christ, the power of God, and the wisdom of God (I Corinthians 1:24).

Would to God you could bear with me in my folly: and indeed bear with me. For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy...but I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtlety, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ (II Corinthians 11:1-4).

Now I make known to you the gospel which I preached to you...For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received, that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures; and that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures (I Corinthians 15:1-4). For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life (John 3:16). The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart – that is the word of faith which we are preaching, that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart man believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation (Romans 10:8-10).

Take heed that no man decieves you - Matthew 24:4
